Belstaff in Munich

Great shop with a special flair. The staff is super attentive and made a very competent impression. I particularly like the style of the jackets, very elegant and at the same time adventurous and sporty. So I was happy to have discovered the shop in Germany too, as far as I know it's the only one. I will definitely come back!

Munich is always worth a visit. Especially since the Belstaff store moved from Maximilian Strasse to Residenzstrasse. If the old shop was a bit cool and the old staff somewhat unapproachable, the new shop is bright, friendly and the staff more than super friendly. Finally you have the feeling of shopping with friends. For me, as a loyal fan (since 2005), it was always a great shopping experience, in the end a great credit to the new manager and her great team. The after-sale service is also great. The reproofing / regrowth service for jackets is also great. You will get your treasures back perfectly waxed in no time. The best place to buy a Belstaff. Not to forget the great Cafe @ Belstaff on the first floor with delicious dishes and great drinks.

I had emailed them several times about a Belstaff Outlaw Yellow in size M and a Trailmaster, because no employee can get on the line by phone. After a long wait, I received an email that the Outlaw jacket was already sold out. After my negative evaluation via the Belstaff store in Munich yesterday, I received an immediate response today by email with the offer of a personal telephone conversation. Ms. Weisz, the store manager, was very friendly on the phone and explained the initial problems with the IT and the telephone to me. Great praise for the quick response and the very friendly contact! Both thumbs up from me!

Bought is bought. Although the shop is nicely decorated, many other things are not right. Complaint totally naughty, almost insolent saleswoman. Got several jackets from belstaff. And the feeling of being overwhelmed by an overwhelmed employee, is not belstaff .. sorry Residenzstr.

I can only recommend to anyone. Very good jackets, super quality and top advice. The store is also very nicely decorated. The employees are very competent and know their way around. Now I have a jacket and a pullover by Belstaff :)

You do not feel welcome. Lack of competence. The coworkers have little idea of ​​the leather. Voucher and promised discounts were not sent despite promises by email. Only one of 3 employees is present. The other 2 are hiding in the back chamber of the shop. One has the feeling that the employees do not believe that they can sell a jacket and accordingly and they also unmotivated and hide in the back of the store.

We recently went on a shopping tour and have shopped in many shops. But this store is remembered. Such a good service we have rarely experienced. The friendliness and advice of the staff was overwhelming. The store was very busy with other customers and they still took their time and responded to our requests. To emphasize is the personal contact with the staff, especially with the lady who runs the store. We can only recommend everyone to stop by Belstaff. The quality of the clothes is just as unique. A few good jackets nothing else. Quantity at the expense of quality. This is no longer Belstaff. In the shop far and wide no seller to see. And on a Saturday. And the cafe above is a cheap imitation of Armani. And that's not the end of a private shopping deal with a stylist. If man goes to Belstaff, then you buy a leather jacket for life and certainly do not want to drink a latte or Frappuccino up. People you are BELSTAFF and not Armani or Prada ?

Lovely store but they didn't stock any small sizes and kind of felt like I was being pushed out the door.

A telephone availability of the business for the purpose of rapid clarification of concerns is at least not possible so far. Surprising, especially since the business has not opened until the day before yesterday. A complaint of a strap of a bag from the last autumn / winter season should cost 50 euros plus 15 euros shipping. This is not a small amount; after all, the shipping on demand as a concession is free of charge. Ultimately, an acceptable or at least sufficient result, which would have been achieved with direct communication certainly faster.

Actually, I was only there to make my old panther grow, then I was convinced by a professional advice from the employee (his name was Leo, I think) and was able to buy my wife and myself a Roadmaster. Thanks again for the great service!

Very nice new store on the Maximiliansstrasse, pleasant atmosphere when entering the business. I came for a leather jacket and left the store with this and a beautiful purse. Was very friendly. A thank you to this competent, warm team! - I will gladly come again!

Beautiful shop with very competent sellers, really an exception on the luxury mile Maximilianstrasse! I enjoy going shopping there with my husband because we are big Belstaff fans and always very friendly and accommodating. All staff and the manager are extremely helpful and always welcome us warmly. Even when it comes to an exchange or the repair of a (very old) jacket, you always feel in good hands here.
